Massage Routine - A Relaxing Massage

If you want to learn to give a relaxing massage, we suggest you follow this routine. It starts with your partner on their stomach, massages their back, arms, legs, and feet. Then you ask your partner to turn over. When they are on their back you will work your way from the shins upward, finishing by massaging their face and scalp. This is a fabulous massage routine. When you are finished your massage subject will be completely relaxed.

When you begin, we suggest you follow this sequence:

  1. Start out the massage on the back.
  2. Continue the back rub.
  3. Spine and shoulder massage.
  4. Next, massage up and around the shoulder blade.
  5. Then massage the shoulder itself.
  6. Move back down to the lower back.
  7. Use your elbow and forearm to really work the lower back if you think your partner will like it.
  8. Move over to their lats.
  9. Massage their arms.
  10. A quick stop at the forearms if your partner has a desk job.

Continue Massaging down to the legs.

  1. Warm up the leg.
  2. Massage the outer thigh.
  3. Massage the butt.
  4. More butt massage if you think they want more.
  5. Move downward toward the calf muscle.
  6. Rotate their ankles to keep your partner loose.
  7. Massage their feet.
  8. Then knock their socks off by pulling their toes.
  9. Now, flourish by massaging the entire length of their body. They will now feel about 2 inches taller and much better.

Gently, tell them you would like them to turn over so that they are face up. Give them a minute to do so and wait patiently for them to finish

Once they are lying face up, begin the next half of the massage at their feet.

  1. Begin with their shins.
  2. Move upward to the front of their thigh.
  3. Now massage their palm.
  4. Stretch the palm out and massage it further.
  5. Massage their fingertips too.
  6. Move up the arm to the bicep.
  7. Then put their arm upward and massage their tricep.
  8. While kneeling or standing above their head, massage the shoulder-neck area.
  9. Now do a similar area but this time use your fist.
  10. Then the back of the neck.
  11. Keep the flow going as you transition to the chin.
  12. Massage the cheekbones.
  13. Now the eyebrows.
  14. Then scalp massage.
  15. Finish by pulling the hair as you break contact.

Leave your partner to relax. That was one heck of a massage you just gave them. They won't be making any sudden moves for a while.
